With 24+ years of experience in the IT sector, Mr. Shahadat has established himself as a versatile and accomplished technology leader. His expertise spans software development, IT services, banking, manufacturing, garments, capital markets, international donor agencies, government organizations, and NGOs. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles, including General Manager (GM)-IT, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Head of PMO & Design Services, Chief Product-Service Designer, Head of IT, Project Manager, System Analyst, Business Analyst, and Senior Software Programmer. His diverse experience enables him to drive strategic innovation, process optimization, and digital transformation across industries.
Mr. Shahadat holds multiple prestigious certifications, including ASQ CSSBB, CBAP, PMP, OCP DBA, MCDBA, and MCAD.NET.
In addition to his professional achievements, he is dedicated to advancing the business analysis and project management communities. He serves as the President of the IIBA Bangladesh Chapter and actively volunteers with the PMI Bangladesh Chapter, contributing to the growth of professionals in these fields.
